The Bear River is also close to Park City/Salt Lake City, and it offers a little more excitement than other local waters. Bear River rafting offers more of a wilderness experience and a wilder ride. This solid class II section can introduce you to the solitude of the north slope of the Uinta Mountains. The Bear River begins high in these mountains and heads north into Wyoming though pine forests and undisturbed wildlife. Don’t be surprised when you see one of our moose following us along the way!
